1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Eva Tech Solutions or purchasing our digital products/services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Usage

Our applications, WhatsApp APIs, and custom software must be used for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for any content transmitted through our APIs.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

            Please Note: All digital product sales and service payments are final. We do not offer refunds once the software or API access has been delivered.
        

Invoices are automatically generated upon successful submission of the order form and payment confirmation.

4. Custom Development

For custom software builds:

Project timelines are estimates and can vary based on complexity.
A 50% advance payment is mandatory before development starts.
Post-delivery support is provided for a limited period as per the agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The code, design, and branding of Eva Tech Solutions are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our products is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Eva Tech Solutions shall not be held liable for any data loss, business interruption, or financial loss resulting from the use of our third-party API integrations (like WhatsApp or Payment Gateways).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
